Use of service

RecruitOxide provides a hybrid software and managed-execution hiring intelligence service. Access is subject to your active plan and these terms.

Customer data & ownership

You retain ownership of the hiring system and candidate data you process through the platform. We act as a processor to deliver the service.

Plans & billing

Plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Managed Scale engagements are governed by a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitOxide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
